We had numerous bad experiences with our previous Ford Dealership, Auffenberg. We would schedule service way in advance, have our Explorer there on time as we promised, and numerous times they failed to have the vehicle ready for pickup as promised. We finally had enough and sought a different service option. A sister bought a new Bronco from Sunset Ford in Waterloo and raved about the way she was treated. So we called and Set up the appointment. Even though our appointmen t was three weeks away, Lonnie in service reached out to us to get all the details and then advised it might take overnight to get repaired and if the needed parts we not on site it might require a second appointment to bring back and finish. Not only did they finish the job in the appointment initially set up, she negotiated we with the extended warranty people to make an exception that saved us money. Here forward Sunset will have all our vehicle business. When you get treated with kept promises, and do exceptional work, why wouldn't we switch our alliance?
