The service manager and service writer were great. I have been telling people to go there.The technician should have been more careful and cleaner about the work he did.He left oil and oily prints on my vehicle.Overall Sunset ford is a great dealership.

Salesman (Joe) aware of moderate accident on vehicle but fails to mention to buyer. Reputable dealer would have said on initial day of test drive and negotiating price that the vehicle had been in a moderate accident. Finally comes up four days later when finishing paperwork. Declined purchase and would not recommend dealer doing deceptive sales. Buyer beware: Black Ford Expedition has a lose front bumper and this vehicle had a moderate accident that required towing.
Great salesman, i told John ries what i was looking for, he had two trucks on the lot that were exactly what i was looking for, i asked him to get me a price that i liked and the next day i brought a check and we closed the deal, very pleasant experience

Overall very disappointed with our experience. We are currently in a dispute with the dealer regarding undisclosed damage they refuse to cover. I could write an essay, but in summary be sure to 100% inspect every inch of the car before purchasing. I’ve never been to this dealership and didn’t know what to expect because I live 3 1/2 hours away. Joe made me feel like a regular customer and took care of me and my family. There was no hidden fees basically no B.S that you can run into when buying a vehicle. Everything was explained and broken down and they didn’t try to force you to buy anything. Great experience!

I started searching the internet and found the truck at Sunset Ford. I sent a text to Adrian explain what I was looking for and he said they had the one I was looking for. When I arrived I was greeted by Adrian and we walk out to the truck. The color, engine size and overall truck was what I was looking for. The overall experience from the truck to signing the paper work went very fast. The staff were outstanding.
