On a cold and windy day we pulled up at the dealership and before we even started looking John was outside asking if we needed help . After being at 2 other places without an off of help this was very comforting!
Had an issue with the inner air dam on my pickup overextending but it appeared to have corrected itself. Lonnie got me right in for one of the techs to inspect. Concern for me was safety. Had me come back into work area where truck was on a lift and visually review, looks like no breakage and functioning. Lonnie was great and communicated to me what to watch for. This is the kind of service one expects, and I did so.

I went here for an emergency service, and was told that they would try to fit me in, but it could take 3 or more hours. They had me diagnosed and repaired just over 1 hour and at a reasonable price, minimally above the cost of parts. I would absolutely use them again, emergency or not. Thanks!

Took my 2023 F150 into the sunset Ford in Waterloo to check the over the air updates and lack of Ford app starting the vehicle. They determined that the battery was low and said I was not driving enough battery was at 42%. They recharged battery said everything was OK the following day the Ford app would not start the vehicle again. Check the battery voltage. It is approximately 12 V. The vehicle will not process anything unless the voltage is near 12.5 V. My Ford update was never done because of low-voltage and the FordPass app will not The vehicle for the same ...
