If you received a Customer Satisfaction Program, such as a “M or N” program (Ex: 14M02), the vehicle must be diagnosed by a Ford Certified Technician with customer approval of $209.95 for Diagnosis charges. Once diagnosed, we will submit our findings to Ford Motor Company to inquire if coverage is applicable. In many instances, we find that these programs do not apply to our Customer’s primary concern and repairs/charges must be authorized by the customer. If you have a concern and would like us to diagnose the concern for $209.95, then please continue scheduling through our online portal or by calling us at 618-221-1996.
If you received a RECALL NOTICE from Ford Motor Company for an “S” Notice (Ex: 19S01), please continue scheduling through our online portal or by calling us at 618-221-1996.
