Your time is valuable. With Sunset Ford’s (Sunset Ford of Waterloo’s) Concierge Service, maintaining your vehicle has never been easier.

Simply schedule your service appointment, let us know you are interested in Concierge and our team will coordinate the rest. We’ll pick up your vehicle from your home or workplace, perform the requested service, and return it to you when the work is complete.

No waiting. No second trip to the dealership. No disruption to your day.

How It Works

We’ll arrange a convenient time and location to collect your vehicle.

We Service It.
Our factory-trained technicians perform the maintenance or repairs your vehicle needs.

We Bring It Back.
Once service is complete, we’ll return your vehicle directly to you so you can get back to what matters most.

Schedule Service

Pick Up & Delivery means we will send a staff member to the customer’s house or work to go get the customer’s vehicle, bring it back here to perform repairs or maintenance as requested, then based on size of repairs requested, may return that afternoon – return to the customer’s house/work to deliver their vehicle back to them. On larger maintenance repairs, returns may be scheduled the following business day to allow enough time to complete the requested services. For larger diagnosis repairs, other factors including parts availability or extensive time to complete repair may prolong the return date. Please discuss with your Service Advisor for any specific questions and coordination of Pick Up & Delivery.
